Who and where.

These terms are with BONZENTECH, LLC (Oklahoma). Oklahoma law governs them, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Bonzentu Trace — Early Access.

You get the current Early Access version of the Trace Field Guide, script pack, order templates and redacted sample report, as a download.
Not included: the CAINE operating system (download it free from its official site), Claude Code or any Claude plan (sold by Anthropic), and USB drives.
Free update to v1.0. Presale buyers get v1.0 at no extra cost.
Refunds. Full refund any time before delivery: email support@bonzentu.com. The refund is automatic if Trace is not delivered by 15 November 2026, or if fewer than 73 people buy by 8 November 2026. After delivery, you can ask for a refund for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Details: Refund Policy.
Only use Trace on computers you own or have written permission to examine. Examining someone else's computer without permission can be a crime.
Trace is education, not a service. We do not examine your computer, review your findings or write your report. It is not a forensic certification. Its results are not prepared as evidence for court, police or insurance; if you need that, report to ic3.gov or local police and leave the computer untouched.
Not a recovery service. We cannot recover lost money, and no one should promise you that.
Presale. Presale orders are paid before the product is delivered. Early Access goes ahead if at least 73 people buy by 8 November 2026; if fewer do, every order is refunded in full, automatically. We deliver by 15 November 2026 or refund you in full, automatically. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery. If our legal review finds that we should not sell Trace, every order is refunded in full.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for Trace is limited to what you paid for it.

Arcade.

Points, lives, scores and leaderboards are for fun. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. No prizes, sweepstakes or contests are offered. Purchased lives are non-refundable except for billing errors and duplicate charges.

No emergency, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Bonzentu is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency support. For legal, financial, tax, law-enforcement, or account-specific issues, contact the appropriate professional or official organization directly.

Accounts and acceptable use.

Do not abuse Bonzentu, attempt to bypass usage limits, submit malware, attack the site, scrape private data, impersonate others, or use Bonzentu to facilitate scams, harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity.

We may update features, pricing, policies, or these terms as Bonzentu evolves. Questions should be sent to support@bonzentu.com.
