Billing

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Plan features, monthly check limits, and saved history access may vary by plan.
To cancel or request billing help, email support@bonzentu.com from the email connected to the account. Cancellation requests are handled as quickly as practical and generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or Stripe settings.
Because TrustCheck and Bonzentu Arcade are digital services, completed subscription periods, Arcade life packs, used digital access, and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental duplicate purchases, or other case-by-case situations. Refund requests should include the account email, plan or pack, charge date, and reason.
Bonzentu does not offer a general money-back guarantee for subscriptions, Arcade lives, digital reports, templates, custom work, or other digital services. Approval of any refund is at Bonzentu's discretion unless a refund is required by law or a separate written agreement.
Arcade points, paid lives, leaderboards, surveys, score submissions, prize-update opt-ins, coupons, and promotional language do not guarantee any prize, reward, payout, contest entry, discount, winning outcome, or future benefit. Any official prize or contest event must have separate posted rules before it applies.
Bonzentu TrustCheck subscriptions and reports are digital. There are no shipping costs, delivery carriers, or physical returns for TrustCheck subscriptions.
If pricing changes, current subscribers will receive notice where required before changes apply to future billing periods.
