What we collect

We may collect account details, email addresses, support messages, billing plan choices, pasted text, URLs, uploaded files, generated TrustCheck reports, automation opt-ins, survey answers, and game leaderboard submissions when those features are used.

Sensitive information

TrustCheck is designed for suspicious messages and documents, but users should avoid sending full account numbers, passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, private keys, or other secrets. If sensitive information is submitted, we use it only to provide the requested review and related account/support functions.

How we use information

We use information to run TrustCheck, save reports for logged-in users, manage subscriptions, respond to support, improve scam-education content, detect abuse, protect the service, and send opted-in coupons or safety updates.

Payments

Paid plans use hosted Stripe checkout. Bonzentu does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy policy.

Service providers

We use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payments, and AI providers where enabled for document or message analysis. Providers are used to operate the service, not to publicly post personal documents.

Sharing and selling

Bonzentu does not sell personal documents. We do not publicly post uploads or TrustCheck submissions. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to complete a user-requested support or billing action.

Retention and deletion

Logged-in users may have saved reports and account records. To request deletion of uploaded content, reports, marketing opt-ins, or account data, email support@bonzentu.com.
